This recognition reflects the Commissioner’s exceptional commitment to the fight against corruption.
🌐 About the Commissaire à la lutte contre la corruption: As a specialized law enforcement body, the Commissioner’s mission is to combat corruption. It also ensures, on behalf of the state, the coordination of corruption prevention and response activities in the public sector, notably in contractual matters. The Commissioner plays a crucial role in preserving integrity in Quebec, working tirelessly to eradicate corruption at all levels. The Commissioner’s dedication and hard work are rightfully acknowledged by this national distinction.

Our Previous Canadian Integrity Award Winner
David Hutton
At the 2022 Toronto Day of Dialogue on November 17, TI Canada recognized Mr. David Hutton for the 2nd Canadian Integrity Award. Mr. Hutton is Senior Fellow at the Centre for Free Expression at Toronto Metropolitan University.
The award was presented to Mr. Hutton in recognition of his work supporting whistleblowers and advocating for stronger whistleblower protection in Canada.
TI Canada also recognized as an honourable mention, the Radio-Canada investigative journalist program Enquête. Representing Enquête at the Day of Dialogue were managing editor, Luc Tremblay and host, Marie-Maude Denis.
