Inclusive Service Delivery in Education: Lessons from ISDA and Canadian Practice

Part of the Inclusive Service Delivery Africa (ISDA) webinar series

Building on the Inclusive Service Delivery Africa (ISDA) – Lessons from the Field conference held in Ottawa, Transparency International Canada is hosting a series of stand-alone webinars focused on education and health.

The webinar will bring together representatives from ISDA chapters and Canadian organizations working in international development to examine how barriers to education affect women, girls, and marginalized communities. Through country and regional examples, speakers will share practical experiences, challenges, and success stories related to improving access to education across different contexts.

Anchored in access to education, the discussion will also consider equity and accountability, including the role of governance, transparency, and oversight in strengthening education systems and reducing exclusion.

About the ISDA webinar series

The Inclusive Service Delivery Africa (ISDA) webinar series builds on the ISDA project’s work to address barriers to essential public services, particularly education and health. Through a series of focused discussions, the webinars create space for knowledge exchange between Transparency International chapters, Canadian organizations, and development practitioners, with a shared focus on improving access for women, girls, and marginalized communities.
